I started going to this location almost a year ago. I walked in on a whim. From the front desk staff the level of professionalism was awesome! Very friendly atmosphere. I had aniexty in the back of my mind, I've always been afraid of the dentist! After meeting the dentist all fear was out the window. I was given a treatment plan and informed of my options. The dentist also educated me of my treatment plan. I still go frequently and have referred several people! I feel so honored to be a patient of this location. I had a great experience at Smiles R Us. The Reisterstown Rd. location was clean, not crowded, and very family friendly. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed. During a previous visit I was told I needed a root canal. At the time I was a bit skeptical because of my insurance and co-pay. Lena was very helpful when it came to billing and payment which made me go thru with treatment. During the process I was very, very nervous and concerned, but Dr. Hassan explained the procedure in detail and insured me that I was going to be fine. The process took a little over 1 hour, He showed much concern and often asked how I was feeling, which made me comfortable! After the procedure was over I realized that I had nothing to worry about. I paid my co-pay, left with my prescriptions, and slept wonderful thay night (NO MORE PAIN), and to top it off I didn't miss any time from work due to the fact that the facility had evening hours. Thanks Smiles R Us for EVERYTHING! I will definitely visit again!
